Responsibilities
o Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
o Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
o Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
o Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
o Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
o Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
o Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
o Finding leads and making sales calls
o Assist team in day-to-day tasks
o Preparing documents and updating records.
o Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
o Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, or similar.
o Experience in a management role or similar.
o Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English.
o A valid driver’s license may be required.
o Proficiency in MS Office.
o Superb attention to detail.
o Strong leadership skills.
o A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
o Willingness to work overtime if required.
o Excellent time management skills.
